Smoothie for Dinner Treat

A smoothie treat.

Smoothies are so easy to make.  You just need a few ingredients and a blender.

It's super refreshing in Southern California, especially when it's so hot outside.

And it's low in calories.

How many calories?  190 calories.


Banana Blueberry Smoothie:

105 calories - 1 medium banana

40 calories - .5 cup of frozen unsweetened blueberries

5 calories - 1 cup of baby spinach

40 calories - 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

0 calories - .5 cup of ice

Blend!  Enjoy!
