Muffin Top Equals Health Concerns

If you have a muffin top around your midriff, you'd better start working it off.

We know the risks of obesity, but now there's renewed risks if you have muffin tops.

There are exercises to get rid of muffin tops, but they're not easy.

For me, it all comes back to having a healthy BMI or a normal weight.

Get online and find out how other people are losing weight and blogging about going from a size 20 to a size 12.

Find real stories about real people losing weight.

Don't fall for the scams either.  They're everywhere online, so be careful.

Develop a new eating plan, track calories on My Fitness Pal or track calories by hand, and get started!  Defeat the muffin top in the new year!

  1. Thank you for mentioning my blog! You're very right, too...get rid of the muffin top and get in shape. Your health depends on it. I've talked to too many people who have health problems, but they refuse to do anything about their weight but whine.
