Obesity: May Trigger Heart Attack

Obesity causes so many health problems and research is finally catching up the reach of ill health effects.

Obesity and alcohol may be more likely to trigger a heart attack than 'bad' genes - Daily Mail

So, your family history may not decide your health future as much as a crappy diet of processed foods, obesity, heaving drinking, smoking or not getting any exercise.

We already realize this, but we may not act upon it.

I've witnessed people eat greasy french fries after recovering from a heart attack and this makes no sense to me.  You can't just throw it at genetics and eat whatever you want whenever you want. You could alter your future if you embrace a healthier approach to your lifestyle.

I'm done with my dinner... so I must go for a walk now!  Avoiding a heart attack as much as possible!
