Diet Bogus? Green Coffee Bean Extract... & Red Velvet Oreos?

I love Dr. Oz.  I believe nearly everything Dr. Oz says on his TV show.  I listen to his advice especially about weight loss because he's a doctor.  But when it comes to the weight-loss supplement green coffee bean extract... he starts to lose me, especially now.  Researchers withdraw study on weight-loss supplement praised by Dr. Oz after being unable to prove data - Daily Mail.  There's a lot more to this story than is being shared...

If you really want to lose weight, do it the old-fashioned way.  Count calories like this woman did. She started at 213 pounds in March of this year and now weighs in at 147.  I Have Type 2 Diabetes. It's free to join My Fitness Pal and it's easy to track your food.  You just have to want to change.  If you don't want to change, then stick with the latest processed foods on the market and eat them in bulk.

I hear that some people have even organized a petition on Change.org to pressure Nabisco to create the Red Velvet Oreo with Cream Cheese.  Although this picture looks intriguing, think about it, really think about it. People are actually petitioning now for MORE processed foods... just what the obesity epidemic needs!
