Utility Workers Indicted Over Brain-Eating Amoeba Testing - ABC News
If the workers really didn't test the water and lied about it, they should go to jail if proven. Allowing contaminated water into the public water supply is atrocious.
When we can't trust the water supply, that increases the problem of public trust.
This problem seems to require on-going testing of local water supplies.
If the contaminated water came out of a hose or public water supply, it needs to be investigated. If the contaminated water was in a natural swimming hole, that waters needs to be off-limits to the public.
Remember the children who have died from similar brain-eating amoebas.
