The slow cooker is the best and easiest way to make soup. With two cups of water, I added chicken, mushrooms, carrots, celery, peppers, zucchini, onion, cabbage, tomatoes, and no salt seasoning into my slow cooker. Plug it in and let it simmer. A few hours later, you have a low-calorie chicken vegetable soup. Enjoy!
