She Lost 66 Pounds April - November!

After being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, she took her health seriously.  She buckled down, joined My Fitness Pal for free and started tracking what she was eating.  In just eight months, she lost 66 pounds.  She shared her journey on her website:  I Have Type 2 Diabetes.

She listed what she ate during a normal day for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.  She shared exactly how she handled her food intake and exercise.  And she accomplished this entire weight loss without spending a bunch of money on a gym membership or high-end programs.  In fact, she probably saved money on the amount of food she had been buying.

Hard work pays off.  She didn't think she'd ever be thin again but she did it.  And she looks energetic and happy.  Unless someone has a medical condition preventing them from losing weight, they can lose weight.  If you need to lose weight, check out her website and My Fitness Pal today.  Good luck!
