Diet Caution: Study Says Crash Diets Work

A new study claims that crash diets work and they provide more incentive to keep losing weight...for a while.

Crash diets DO work, claim experts but can be dangerous - Daily Mail

The study used Optifast as a food substitute, but it's just absurd to think a certain group of the crash dieter participants were only taking in 450 to 800 calories a day.  Then, they had to take a supplement on top of that.

Guess what?

Most of the participants in BOTH groups regained the weight they had lost in three years.

Any time you go off of a program, old habits return, and I believe your body and mind program your body to go back to its "regular weight."

So much for that study!
