Big Protein Breakfast or Big Protein Dinner for Weight Loss?

Eggs!  Bacon!  Protein!

A big protein breakfast is the big winner!

This study is from the United States and the participants were mostly young women around the young age of 19.

Nineteen... how does that translate to adults?  The researchers say its comparable.

If I ate a big protein breakfast every single day for breakfast, it would increase my calorie allotment for the day or seriously decrease what I ate for dinner... making me unhappy and maybe cause a hunger binge.  But if it works for you, enjoy that big breakfast of protein!
