Combat Drinking Soda - Yet Another Study!

I am getting very tired of studies about health and diet.

Here's why.

The "study groups" are small and long-term tell me nothing.

To me, it's an attention grab not concrete information.

The latest study focused on 22 students who agreed to drink soda.

Twenty-two people.  22.  That's now a study.  Ugh.

Here's how this one goes.

For a two week period, the students drank two sodas a day.

Half of the group (11 students) moved half as much as they had before and the other half of the group (11 students) moved twice as much as they did before - for 12,000 steps a day.

The results of the test suggest that the effects of drinking the soda caused less of an effect on their cholesterol levels and health profiles for the students who took 12,000 steps a day.

I say skip the soda.  Eat your calories, don't drink them.  Watch your sugars by tracking your food intake on MyFitnessPal.com.

Enough with the daily or weekly studies of 22 students.  Morbidly obese people don't need to read a bunch of studies "suggesting" what to do if they drink soda.  Instead, they need to stop drinking soda and make healthier choices every day.
