Losing Weight by Tender Greens and Excellent Customer Service

The most excellent customer service exists at one restaurant... Tender Greens.  And every meal is portion controlled for weight loss. If you pay attention to your choices and your calorie count, you could eat at Tender Greens regularly with pride in your farm fresh choices.

Over the past three weeks, I've been working at an entertainment company near the Studio City location of Tender Greens.

Normally, I don't like eating alone.  But there's something different about Tender Greens.  You feel welcomed from the moment you walk through the door.

The staff is warm and pleasant.

The atmosphere is inviting.

There's even a young gentleman who stops by my table and asks how I'm doing. His name is Brandon.  He notices when I'm almost finished with my meal.  He asks if I want a refill on my bright, beautiful red Hibiscus Tea.  (The Hibiscus Tea is delicious!)  Brandon refills my drink and returns to my table with a to-go cup and a new straw because he knows I have to get back to work.  No restaurant has ever done that for me before.  Not once.  And I've eaten at some very expensive places. All of this attention and customer service for a high-end cafeteria style approach.  The customers can sense the passion and care Tender Greens puts into every bite of the food.  The staff is actually tender and kind.  I'd love to see how they train their staff.  Or are they simply selective about choosing the right candidates to work at Tender Greens?  It seems as though they've created a family.

The level of customer service is superior at Tender Greens. Throughout my career, I have survived by providing excellent customer service.  I know how much it matters to the customer.  I also know that excellent customer service creates repeat customers.  Incredible customer service is memorable because it's rare in today's world.

I can't help but pull out my cell phone to take pictures of the meals I've been eating at Tender Greens. It's so refreshing to get away from the office and have a choice beyond French Fries and fast food.  I have to be smart in my food choices and so I choose Tender Greens, which surprisingly provides fast service with high-end meals that are affordable.

If they franchise Tender Greens, I would definitely love to own one of these restaurants or be a manager at one of their locations.  When you can improve the lives of your customers and create repeat clients in just one visit, you know you've found something special.  At Tender Greens, everyone is smiling, happy and content. That's the way excellent restaurant service should be.
