I recently traveled roundtrip from Los Angeles to Honolulu and I had to fill out questionnaires for the state of Hawaii about whether I was bringing plants or pets, how long I was staying in the state, and information about my stay. I usually only fill out a questionnaire on the way into the state but this time I was stopped and asked to fill out a questionnaire on the way out of the state. It didn't ask anything about my health.

Take your own hand sanitizer, they make it in small travel size containers. They also sell Clorox Wipes in small travel size containers, too. Be smart and don't touch every railing in an airport, don't lean on and touch every arm rest, and try to be smart with your own health.
If you have to fly, you have to fly. There may be no other choice. But be informed and be proactive.
