I'm certain this decedent's body will undergo further testing because how in the world can they tell by looking at someone (without a real test) that someone didn't have Ebola.
There are people being tested or quarantined regularly until tests are confirmed in several different states now. This is no longer confined to one person in Texas.

Well, if it was unknown whether I had Ebola or not, I would self-quarantine and probably not on a public cruise... instead this person has self-quarantined... on a Caribbean CRUISE!
