Ebola in New York

Concerns are increasing in New York after the doctor who has now tested positive for Ebola went bowling and took the subway the night before going to the hospital.

Panic spreads through New York as it's revealed Ebola doctor rode the subway, went bowling and took Uber taxi home before testing positive for deadly virus - Daily Mail

New Yorkers who use the subway are extremely upset.   The bowling alley is closed for now.

The doctor is in isolation and the CDC has a team going to New York.

But this raises the question of responsibility for self-quarantine, especially for doctors who have been treating or in contact with Ebola patients in other countries.

What about PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY to self-quarantine?
