But if it's still beneficial to eat celery and it has a chance of reducing the risk of cancer, I'm still a big believer in eating celery as often as possible. You can't overdose on celery because it requires too much chewing and you will tire of it. But eating six medium stalks a week... with a little peanut butter on a stalk now and then? Protein and veggies... seems like the healthy choice!
