Cutting Carbs Can Make You Gain Weight?

That's right - eliminate carbs from your diet and you could potentially gain weight.

Watching your carbs is far more important than eliminating your carbs.

Take my sister for example.  She was overweight weighing in over 200 pounds and she was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.  When she got serious about weight loss, her doctor advised her to keep her carbs no higher than 150 g. of carbs a day.

Using My Fitness Pal, which is free online, she tracked her calories along with her carbs, fiber, fat, protein and sugar.

She never gave up carbs or anything else.  Now, she weighs 127 pounds.  She looks thin and her health is under control.  She's even saved money on her healthcare expenses.

In the past, when I have attempted to eliminate some type of food completely, I got depressed and felt deprived.

Instead, be creatively balanced, track your foods and be healthy!  Weight loss and good health are here for anyone who wants to take the plunge and start tracking today!
