Everyone loves a cheat day, so let's look at four treats that won't kill your diet. Take a day off and enjoy!
1. Sonic, America's Drive-In:

There is nothing better than a Sonic Classic Chocolate Shake. All of their shakes are delicious. Find a way, manage your calories and have one once in a while. It's been more than a year since my last one, but I stopped and had one the other day.
Sorry, anti-GMO-ers... I like to have an old classic shake once in a while. A mini classic shake at Sonic is only 500 calories. Make a choice. Log the calories, track it and move on.
2. McDonald's:
Egg McMuffin
300 calories
Great breakfast when you're on the road. It doesn't break the bank in calories. You can log it on My Fitness Pal and enjoy your day. C'mon, who doesn't like an Egg McMuffin now and then?
3. McDonald's:
Vanilla Ice Cream Cone
170 calories
You've been so good on your diet, you've even lost 20 pounds and an ice cream is a nice treat. You can even pay for this $1 treat in loose change found in your car. 170 calories - worth every lick!
4. Ghirardelli:
Triple Chocolate Brownie - Mix and bake at home
140 calories (2-inch brownie)
You didn't think I was going to make this easy with all drive-thru options, did you? Nope. Enjoy some baking time by making brownies in a mini-muffin tin. I count each mini-muffin as 140 calories. The nice thing about making brownies is that you can share them with friends. And they're so small but tasty, you feel fulfilled and treated after having one.
