Cucumber, Apples & Celery Equal Weight Loss?

The longer it takes to chew a fruit or a vegetable, the longer it takes to burn those calories.

Negative Calorie Foods help you lose weight and I agree.

At the height of my diet to lose weight, I ate cucumbers, celery and apples every day.

I made big cucumber and tomato salads with red wine vinegar.

I added an entire bunch of chopped celery and shredded carrots to a dish of plain rice.

I finished every day with an apple.

You do a lot of chewing, but these are negative calorie foods that will help you lose weight.

I absolutely believe you can eat anything while you're dieting if you log it on My Fitness Pal.  I tell morbidly obese people this all the time - log every bite - and My Fitness Pal is free to use online. Sadly, some people simply don't want to do the work.

If you do the work, you will get results.  In the meantime, add cucumbers, celery and apples to your diet to get you started.  If you invest the time in better choices, you will see results!
