Happiness - Can you boost it?

I am SO happy today.  I'm happy most days.  Life is good.  And I'm grateful for my kids, my family and my friends.

The article basically tells you if you pretend to be happy, you will be happy.

I think it's much deeper than that.

You can give me all the studies in the world but I know the true secret to happiness.

I live by the statement "Ignorance is bliss."  I don't focus on all of the small stuff anymore.  I don't worry about it and I don't dwell on the negatives.  I look at the positives and what I'm grateful for instead.  Life will keep moving forward with or without my stress level increasing.  I tend to my daily business, of course, but I don't stress out anymore and it's led to a happier life.

There's more that I've learned on my own and I'm working on a book about having good health. Happiness is a part of good health.
