Ban Fat People from Fast Food Restaurants?

This is an insane idea from a weight loss expert.

'Ban fat customers from fast food places like bartenders ban drunks,' says weight loss expert - Daily Mail

His theory is to shock the obese.

I understand that, but losing weight has to be someone's personal goal.  No one can force obese folks to lose weight by punishing them or taking away their freedom to eat anywhere they choose. And why would any business refuse customers service simply because they're fat?

Helping other people takes retraining, not of outside staff at businesses, but of someone who has developed bad habits over time.  To me, refusing service to obese customers is simply another form of discrimination.

What I did find most interesting was retailers' use of size 16 mannequins.  That's shocking because if we make obesity normal, no one will want to lose weight.

And they're right.  What size 16 woman has a flat, tight stomach like those mannequins?
