Eat Spinach to Lose Weight!

I love spinach!

It's filling, it's colorful, and I eat it the most delicious way possible...with butter.

No kidding!

With my dinner, I had two cups of spinach cooked in 1 tablespoon of melted organic butter.

2 cups spinach - 14 calories

1 tablespoon organic butter - 100 calories

That's a total of 114 calories and very filling.  And I had some organic butter.

Does it get any better than that?
