When I was going to spin class, I was overeating after class and bulking up.
I had heard that spin class makes you bulk up.
I don't believe that now.
Instead, I believe that it's a great workout but it spikes your hunger.
I was drinking my water throughout the class, but I still was feeling famished after class.
I've found a trick of the trade to solve that excessive hunger.
My sister tipped me to this trick to help.
After class, I now drink my coffee with milk in it.
Instead of turning to food, I have my coffee after class instead of drinking it before class.
It works.
I'm no longer eating a ton of food after spinning.
One temptation solved...
