I have been around the thinnest celebrities in Hollywood.  And I will tell you that replacing a meal or two with a cappuccino or coffee is one of the biggest tricks of the trade to stay thin.  The camera adds ten pounds and those women feel pressured to be thin for their jobs.

I gave up coffee for a while because I was drinking too much coffee.  Then, I heard about the benefits of drinking two cups of coffee a day to lower my chance of developing Parkinson's disease which runs on both sides of my family.  I don't want Parkinson's and I love the taste of coffee... so I'm back on the coffee train.  I don't use it as a meal replacement.  It's just not enough fuel to keep me going.
