I love this video because it's basically a before and after video.

When I was growing up, girls didn't wear a lot of makeup nor did we know how to really apply makeup.  I learned from my friends and that was about it.

But today's gals are different.  There are videos and tutorials that come with makeup.  The Internet has changed a lot of that.

So, take a look at how this girl changes her look for date night.  Applying makeup is an art... to make yourself look natural.

After all of that time spent on her makeup, she looks beautiful.  Of course, she was a beautiful girl to begin with.

Interestingly, Estee Lauder at the Macy's counter is giving free three minute makeovers giving you tips on how to use makeup.  You don't have to buy anything, but they can show you little tricks of the trade.  I needed a pick-me-up the other day, so I went to the Macy's counter and got my three minute makeover.  It was FREE!  And I happened to get the Estee Lauder Educator who travels around to all of the Estee Lauder locations at Macy's on the West Coast.  She was extremely knowledgable, kind and helpful.  She looked like she was in her mid-20s, but was actually in her late 30s.  Makeup... it builds confidence, hides flaws, and makes you feel like a million dollars if you know what you're doing.
