My sister and father lived on diet soda for years and both of them were obese and/or overweight. My sister would use little packets of artificial sweeteners regularly in everything from baking recipes to her tea. It's no coincidence that their health was affected, I believe, by their ongoing intake of artificial sweeteners.
As a result of their use of artificial sweeteners, no one in my family uses artificial sweeteners anymore. They probably saved our lives... but it cost them theirs.
Reassess and reconsider your use of non-caloric artificial sweeteners today...please...
