All-Beef Zero Carb Diet?

One obese woman lost weight and had children after she went on an all-beef, Zero Carb diet.  She lost 100 pounds and didn't exercise.

She ate one to two pounds of beef a day. That's it.  All beef, all the time. And it worked for her.

One pound of beef has four servings in it.  If you eat the entire pound of beef, that's approximately 1,160 calories.

Although I enjoy my carbs, I can see why she did what she had to do because she needed to change her metabolism and lose the weight in order to have children.  Every body is different and its needs are different.  I think you have to see what works for you.
