If you've watched "Ryan Gosling Won't Eat His Cereal" meme on Vine or the compilation on YouTube, you know a little bit about its creator Ryan McHenry. As a fan of Ryan Gosling, the compilation made me laugh and made me a fan of Ryan McHenry.
When McHenry was diagnosed with cancer, his following of hundreds of thousands helped to support him and lift his spirits. He was even on his Twitter account over the last few days.
Sadly, Vine on Twitter announced McHenry's passing from cancer today. I believe he was only 27-years-old.
On May 1st, McHenry noted that he had been alive 10,000 days. So, he lived 10,002 days. Very sad. A great talent, a funny man. Below is his Ryan Gosling Won't Eat Cereal compilation.
McHenry had talent. I enjoyed many of his memes, especially his Leaked Avengers footage. McHenry was also featured recently in Entertainment Weekly.
Here's a nice final video of Ryan McHenry on a train in Glasgow, Scotland from this past February. It's a nice way to remember him. My thoughts are with his family, his friends and his fans.
