Women Should Shave Their Faces?

For the two decades I've lived in California, I've heard stories from women about shaving their faces or having a complete electrolysis hair removal of their face, legs and arms. Yes, they paid for several sessions to have their arm hair removed because they wanted smooth soft skin everywhere.

Now, comes the advice from beauty experts that say women should shave their faces.

In fact, Japanese women have been shaving for years.

I see overweight women regularly who have red spots all over their their necks and chins from plucking hairs.  Plucking only causes problems such as ingrown hair, so why shouldn't women be shaving?  I would love to tell these women now to shave, but for so long shaving anything but your legs has been considered taboo and a joke for women.

Shaving apparently helps to exfoliate your face and keep acne at bay.  And some women say your skin is softer if you shave.

Years ago, I saw a story about a woman with a full beard shaving her face every day and because it was a legitimate news program, they seemed to make fun of her.  But the fact is that they're selling tiny little razors to women now so they can shave off any mustache hair.  Well, that's already your face. Women with dark hair seem to have a problem with little mustaches and if it's okay for them, it should be okay for everyone.

So, ladies, if you have a lot of hair on your face, it's now okay to start shaving.  As incredible as it seems, it's no longer a joke for a woman to shave any part of her body.  There's even an increased number of products and shaving cream for a lady's face. Smooth skin, ladies vs. ingrown hair and acne.  The choice is yours!
