This is a very sad state of affairs when things like this can happen in broad daylight. Here's a picture of four NYPD officers who are simply on duty. Life can change on a dime by your own choices and the choices of others. Very sad.
The emotional repercussions of something like this event may impact these officers for years to come. My best wishes for full physical and emotional recovery by all of the officers and their families.
