Mediterranean Diet: Reverse Heart Disease & Reduce Obesity

An olive oil rich diet is apparently the healthiest diet to potentially reverse heart disease and decrease obesity.  I believe it.  This study followed thousands of men and women for five years.


I have a drizzle of olive oil every day on my salads and I didn't realize it, but I'm eating along the lines of a Mediterranean Diet already.
