No Sugar! Got Cinnamon?

Since I'm making most of my pumpkin spiced coffees at home these days, I'm having more cinnamon in my coffee.  And I don't miss sugar one bit.

If sugar increases your risk of having a certain kind of cancer, why chance it?

You don't need sugar.  You just have to break free of the habit of having sugar all the time.  It's simply a habit.  I don't believe adding extra sugar to food or drink is an addiction.

Try something else for a while and you won't miss it.  Cinnamon is an excellent choice!
