I rely on Yelp reviews for everything from doctors to hotels. If I'm driving my sons around Hawaii and we're hungry for food but don't have a ton of dough, I get on Yelp to find out where the locals eat. It drives my sons crazy how much I believe all of the Yelp reviews.
But are those reviews believable or not? I've been reading some curious things about Yelp lately... it's not all about the reviews.
