State-by-State Obesity Rates - Mississippi & West Virginia, OUCH!

The latest obesity report is painful to review.

As a nation, our obesity rates are too high.  This is an epidemic, folks.

There's a new report from the Trust for America's Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

They've created a state map with all of the obesity rates (and projected obesity rates for 2030) on their website along with the details of their new report.  If you scroll over your state, you can see your state's obesity rates.  Where does your state rank?

According to the report, Mississippi and West Virginia are tied for having the highest adult obesity rate in the United States.

Check your state today then calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) for free on this link:  Free BMI Calculator

If you have a BMI in the obese category, consider making MyFitnessPal.com a part of your daily routine for logging the foods you eat.

Weight loss is possible.

But change starts with you...
