It's Flu Season.
Did you know that the flu spread from up to 6 feet away? That according to the CDC.
How Flu Spreads
A lady at the gym today told me how sick she was from her flu shot, but with her age, she felt she had to get the flu shot. Especially since she goes to the gym regularly where we come into contact with lots of different people who have all kinds of conditions. Seriously... people at the gym can be contagious. And they're not exactly forthright with their current condition.
So, if someone is hacking, coughing, sneezing or even talking, the Centers for Disease Control says those infected with the flu can spread it to you. If you're sick, stay home.
Bottom line - the flu is contagious!
